Our experience has proven that these influencer’s can gain us access to almost anyone on Earth-even the most passive candidates.

WE BELIEVE in true partnerships and found that the antiquated fee structure used by most recruiters is flawed and does not put recruiters and their clients in alignment. The old traditional percentage model (typically 25-30% of salary) is broken for two reasons.
1. The percentage is just a made up number based on old industry standards, aka the status quo.
2. If a company has to pay at the top of their range for the right candidate they also have to pay the recruiting firm more. This makes negotiations unclear as the recruiter has a vested interest in getting the highest salary.
